nope, the problem also occurs on LibreOffice 4.0 on Windows7
If I use the "masterfolien" in german, and switch around between 4 different mastertemplates, after every change of the template, the headline which I typed in, will increase

So I don't know whether one specific template is the reason or there is a generally problem
